Warranty & returns
Every remanufactured unit we ship is covered for 12 months from the
date of delivery against defects in materials and workmanship.
What is covered
- Failure to hold specified injection quantity, return flow or opening pressure
- External leakage from the body or sealing faces under normal operating pressure
- Solenoid or valve assembly failure where the unit was supplied with that assembly
What is not covered
- Damage from contaminated fuel, water ingress or incorrect fuel filtration
- Failure caused by incorrect installation, wrong timing or mismatched application
- Units that have been disassembled, adjusted or repaired by a third party
- Normal wear beyond the warranty period
How to make a claim
Email us the original order reference, the part number and a short
description of the symptom, with photos where possible. Return the unit for inspection; if the fault is covered we
repair or replace it. Where a claim is not covered, we will tell you what we found and quote a repair before doing
any work.
Because several part numbers in the same family look similar, always confirm the number on your
existing unit and the engine application before ordering. We verify the match before dispatch when you send a
nameplate photo.
