A remanufactured part should perform to the specification of the part number it replaces. That only happens if the process is measured and tested at each stage, which is how we build every injector and pump we ship.
Every core is fully disassembled, cleaned and measured. Cores with cracked bodies, damaged threads or worn beyond re-machining limits are rejected.
Wear parts are replaced as a matter of course: seals, O-rings, gaskets, springs, plunger and barrel assemblies where clearance is out of spec, and solenoid/valve assemblies where response is off.
Nozzle seats, plunger bores and sealing faces are re-ground and lapped back to original clearances on dedicated equipment.
Each unit is run on a test bench: injection quantity, return flow, opening pressure, back-leakage and spray pattern are recorded. Units that fall outside specification do not ship.
Finished units carry a permanent remanufactured marking and a traceable serial number, then are sealed, rust-protected and boxed individually.
